Service Description

We are experienced in dealing with Council and can help with compiling and filing applications for CoAs and building consents. If you have failed a Council inspection on an existing consent, we can also help assess and explain plainly the work that needs to be done to pass, and observe that work to check it is compliant before Council returns. Our prices are based on a $220 hourly rate (with any site visits charged as a minimum 1 hour) plus $65 for travel costs per site visit (within Auckland only) plus any disbursements/expenses like Council or LINZ fees.
