Durability issues & CCC on old consents

Service Description

If work was carried out under an older building consent (5+ years old), we can help with belatedly obtaining code compliance certification (CCC). We are very experienced in dealing with Auckland Council's durability team who become involved for work under these older consents. We can help assess and explain plainly the work that needs to be done to get to CCC, inspect to confirm the work is being carried out correctly, and prepare a report in support of CCC sign off by Council. We could also take the weight off your shoulders by dealing with Council directly on your behalf to ensure the application meets Council's requirements for it to issue a CCC. Our prices are based on a $220 hourly rate (with any site visits charged as a minimum 1 hour) plus $65 for travel costs per site visit (within Auckland only) plus any disbursements/expenses like Council or LINZ fees.
