Director Kell Cairns has over 30 years in the construction industry. He is an expert in building regulatory, having spent the last 9 years with Auckland Council as a Building Inspector then Technical Assessor, achieving the highest rating on the National Competency Assessment Framework (NCAS), Residential 3 and Commercial 3. As part of his 6 years as a Technical Assessor he led work to assess building compliance and issues and developing proposed intervention solutions. He built strong and effective relationships within Council.
